Kim Yong Nam Leaves for Opening Ceremony of 2018 FIFA World Cup
Pyongyang, June 12 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, left here in the morning of Tuesday to attend the opening ceremony of the 2018 FIFA World Cup to be held in Moscow of Russia.
A ceremony of sending Kim Yong Nam off took place at Pyongyang International Airport.
Kim Yong Nam and his party were seen off by Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the SPA Presidium, Jon Kwang Ho, vice-premier of the Cabinet, Ri Kil Song, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and Zhang Chenggan, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Chinese embassy here.
